The Gain Method is a self-paced digital mini course made up of two modules: the training program the author followed and the eating plan he used. It is educational content, delivered digitally after purchase and accessible online from your phone or computer.

It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once you buy it, you keep access to the content as hosted on this site.

The price is $9.99, paid once, in US dollars. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. Depending on where you live, applicable sales tax may be added at checkout. There are no recurring charges and no hidden fees.

Because the course is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you dispute a payment through your card issuer, the dispute is handled according to the payment processor's rules, and your access may be suspended or revoked.

When you buy the course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own training and education.

• You may not share your access or your login with others.
• You may not copy, scrape, or record the content for distribution.
